There are a lot of opportunities and if you want to take on new things, you're encouraged to do so.

Cons

The benefits are lacking significantly for a company of this size. Also having set times the company shuts down and you have to take it without pay or use your vacation time also stinks.

There really weren't any pros.

Cons

Ethics are a huge problem here. Things that could be considered potentially illegal. If you are looking for a job in IT, RUN don't walk from here. There is a reason for the mass exodus. If this is how IT is run, I can't imagine how other departments are getting along.
