Don’t encourage employee growth EVERYTHING is seniority based
Only promote for within to underpay and avoid paying outside applicants
Take advantage of employees at every opportunity
They make your employee guitar take forever so you can’t leave, if you leave your order is canceled
Don’t pay out vacation time when you leave
Seems like a dream job but is really a nightmare
