First thing there is no culture. No one in leadership is trying to build brand, culture. All the leadership is looking for an exit. All leaders act as an individual contributor. No guidance, no recognition. Everyone is trying to act as jack of all trades. CEO has no people experience or running a company. No vision. If you are part of the recommendation from leadership circle you will survive, otherwise no chances.
