Toxic and Unstable.

Pros

Pavlov Media works with a lot of different technologies and they are always trying new things. If you want to get exposure and learn some technical skills especially in computer networking its a great launchpad for someone's career.

Cons

This is easily a textbook toxic environment. The instability of the CEO is the major source of strife, inertia and chaos. Layoffs are routine. Even hourly employees can't ignore the reality that Pavlov Media is always struggling to stay afloat. You'll feel a constant state of insecurity if you depend on this job.

Wonderful People, Horrible company

Pros

Due to a complete lack of standards you are exposed to a wide range of technology, forcing you to learn on the run.

Cons

Complete lack of process, complete lack of standards, no clear idea of who the company is trying to be. Low pay, high stress. The company Pays for a domestic and remote support structure, which is regularly bypassed by staff at the executive, director, sales, or account management level, WHY PAY YOUR STAFF IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE THEM. Selling customers used equipment. For people willing to do the work, there is no work life balance. High turn over rate, the place is a revolving door, which completely negates the possibility of there being any real legacy organizational knowledge, or the ability to learn from past mistakes no cost benefit analysis,no real R&D, no real tracking, reporting, or trending done to determine a better way of doing business or technologies to invest in. All of this is done in someones head between split second bad decisions. A PROFOUND DISCONNECTION BETWEEN SALES/MARKETING, ENGINEERING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND REALITY. Time and time again customers are sold a product or service which they cannot provide, then the support structure is forced to deploy substandard services to the customer, and then held responsible when the customer states that they are not receiving the services they were promised.

Thank you for your feedback and for your contributions the past 1+ year in our Texas market. This is a newer market for us, and we are going through some growing opportunities. I'm glad you have the flexibility needed to work remote and enjoy our benefits.
