This company is for folks who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making a difference. I've been with the company for over 5 years, and there has been several opportunities to advance as well. I like that I am given flexibility to execute my role, and I am not micro-managed.

Amazing coworkers that really make the job something to look forward to, good benefits package, comfortable office space, plenty of room for advancement within the company, further education/certification highly encouraged and covered by the company

Cons

Better benefits for parents like paid maternity/paternity leave or discounted childcare agreement would be amazing. An in-office daycare would definitely bring in & retain more parents and help them feel comfortable and have time to work overtime and miss work for child emergencies less. A very fast-paced, innovative workplace - if you are not ready & willing to work at the pace required & hit deadlines, this is not the place for you.

1) Didn't join the company sooner 2) Doesn't provide a pension 3) No company workout facility 4) Only two windows to sign up for 401K, miss one, you wait.
