Overworked and Underpaid

Pros

I'm no longer working there.

Cons

No work life balance or clear path for advancement. We were always understaffed and had more work than we could reasonably do. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the CEO would never wear a mask in indoor shared spaces.

Good people, awful business model

Pros

cool technology, good people, decent pay

Cons

The business is built on selling internet service to landlords of multi-dwelling units, so the customers and the users are different people. If the landlord skimps on bandwidth (which most do) the residents get terrible service with nothing tech support can do about it nor can they tell the residents the truth of the situation.

Professional work environment

Pros

Extremely professional work environment. Everyone was expected to not only maintain a certain level of professionalism with customers, but also colleagues. For some, it can take some getting used to, but I thought it made for a much better work environment overall.

Cons

Not unless you don’t like a certain degree of professionalism in the workplace.
