Pros

You get the oppourtunity to learn things about each and every item that comes to your pawn line. You learn how to be a better consumer, seeing as the pawn side teaches you the difference between retail and wholesale market. Great pay.

Cons

The customers can sometimes put a damper on the experience because its not always a great experienmce for them seeing as they need to get rid of the items for money.
