Pros

Pawn America is a progressive company that is always looking to the future, There are good opportunities for advancement, good pay and benefits. They have been around for a long time and will continue to grow. Valued employees are rewarded for hard work. This company is a retail company first and Pawn after that. Pawn America is active in charities that help local communities. They have gone a long way towards changing people’s perception of Pawn Shops and they have helped many people out of financial troubles who had nowhere else to turn. They also have a strong online Presents which shows they adapt with the times and are in business for the long run.

Pros

Great work environment. Competitive wages, great co-workers. Ideas are listened to and implemented. Benefit package is great. A great group to work with.

Cons

Long hours, but it is retail.
