Pros
Easy to make money you need, pretty good benefits, people around from all walks of life, not hard to get along with people and good learning job for people just getting into the business.
Cons
Always on your feet, you don't always get breaks, you often have to deal with people who are upset because they can't keep track of their own property, management is often upset by your schedule, treats you like you're replaceable.
