Pros

Every day is unique. Almost like I'm an entrepreneur within a company. I see a lot of interesting product. It is a very fun job

Cons

Hmmm..... Being short staffed means I work a little more, but I also make a little more.

Pros

Managers were approachable, flexible, professional, and friendly. As a part-time broker, I was able to increase my hours frequently by accessing company website to pick up extra shifts. I was provided with excellent training and felt as though I had all the tools I needed to perform my job successfully.

Cons

As a broker, some customers would get upset if you quoted them a price they did not like. I even witnessed some customers attempt to engage in verbal arguments with some of my co-workers, which could be stressful at times. Lines were long which also made many of the customers upset, putting them in bad moods by the time they reached the pawn counter.
