Pros

Fun atmosphere! Great co-workers and always something new and fun to learn. Team work is the key to our stores success. It is retail but has a much better work life balance than any other retailer out there. Pay is much better than the typical retail!! Work hard for your sales and you will be surprised at how much you can make!!!

Pretty good pay and benefits with no college or experience needed. There is opportunity to move up to management pretty quickly.

Cons

Everyone's overworked accept maybe people who work strictly in the warehouse or the corporate office. This causes a hostile environment with sometimes hostile customers.They have questionable goals and sales tactics that some may find unethical.
