We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and props to our People Operations/Talent Acquisition members. We are sorry that your experience didn't turn out as you hoped, but it is good to hear that you learned a lot while you were part of our family. We acknowledge that Pax8 is not the right fit for everyone, as each individual has their own personal needs and priorities for their ideal work environment. With that being said, we are proud of the fact that our employee referral rate far exceeds our employee attrition rate (our data does not reflect any class size as big as 25 or losing 80% from a single class), and we promote employees at a high rate as we are constantly creating new roles and providing paths for our employees to continue to grow. Additionally, we welcome feedback from our employees at any point in their journey with us so that we can continue to create new programs that support them in meaningful ways.
