Thank you for your 5 start review. It's great to hear that you value the investment we make in our workplaces and incentive programmes for sales people. We completely agree that Pax8 is all about what you make of the opportunity. The lack of a London location is a deliberate choice as part of our social impact strategy to drive job creation in regional hubs rather than capital cities which usually receive a disproportionate share of investment. I hope our policies around flexible and hybrid working allow you to work from a location that suits you at least some of the time.

Pros

Pax8 has been a great company for me to start my career. It's servant leadership style that removes hierarchal barriers between job levels, has given me so much freedom to explore the People Operations function. My career development opportunities have been immense and have allowed me to develop a wide variety of skills not just professionally but personally as well

Cons

I think that although there are not many cons. I would say that Pax8 could improve areas of its onboarding from Day 1 onwards as there were areas of my onboarding where I felt slightly left out the loop and I was not sure what my day to day role would entail until my 3rd day within the company.

They learn and spend time on you ! also gives you inisight in tech ! Also if your in USA its Great ! dont compare the US to the EU

Cons

Low Salary, May take ages to get promoted to account manager. Glorified Call Center ! Hires to quickly and or have almost no screening process
