Working at Pax8 was a masterclass in contradiction. On the surface, it branded itself as a fast-moving, innovative company empowering channel partners through enablement and cloud solutions. In reality, it often rewarded optics over outcomes, ambiguity over accountability, and disruption over structure — unless, of course, that structure benefited someone politically. I spent years building scalable, measurable programs that accelerated ramp time, improved sales process adoption, and aligned cross-functional teams. Yet leadership often deprioritized enablement unless it served their personal narratives. Reps were asked to hit impossible numbers while being given inconsistent direction and little meaningful coaching. The louder voices—not the most effective ones—dictated process. Politics routinely trumped performance. Internal collaboration was promised but rarely practiced. Enablement was expected to fix systemic problems without authority, access, or support. And attempts to bring rigor, transparency, or accountability were often met with defensiveness or dismissed altogether. Talented people joined, burned out, and left — not because they couldn’t handle the pace, but because they were asked to run in circles with moving finish lines. If you’re someone who values strategic clarity, operational discipline, and healthy leadership accountability — proceed with caution

However, I am sorry to hear you felt your contributions were overlooked and you weren't set up for success during your time. I acknowledge our sales team has been working though a significant transformation over the last few years involving upgrades to technology, a new sales methodology and changes to targets and quota setting. During your time with us, we hope you felt able to raise concerns or share feedback through the channels available - whether that was with your manager, People Business Partner, or via our anonymous listening tools.
