Pros

Atmosphere, holidays, relaxed environment, healthcare.. I could list loads more. EMEA CEO & VP of Sales are people you want to work hard for.

Cons

Things change all the time in an effort to improve processes, 99% of the time these changes are less that 50% ready to go and reps have to deal with internal teething issues on top of the day to day tasks. This feels like it could be avoided with more development work before implementation. As stated in a few other reviews, its fast paced and this isn't for everyone. Senior Leadership above the VP of Sales (not including the EMEA CEO) come across as overly positive and disconnected from the grind of what's going on day to day.

Thank you for your five star review. It's great to hear you value our environment, benefits and the leadership of Aaron and Harald. I appreciate the constructive feedback on volume and completeness of change efforts and the impact it has on our sales teams. We are working hard to improve this. I encourage you to raise any ideas and feedback directly to Aaron or Harald as it sounds like you have great trust in them. I am sorry you and others find the open door sessions intimidating. They are designed to democratise access to senior leaders for all employees across EMEA and we generally receive very positive feedback on these. I would love to hear any ideas you have on how we could make them more accessible in line with their intent.

Thank you for leaving a review even though this was tough to read. I am sorry to hear your experience is currently so negative after such a long tenure. There's no denying the organisation has not only grown but evolved substantially in the last four year, as has the market and industry in which we operate. We don't shy away from the fact that we had to make a couple of tough decisions in the last twelve months for the long term sustainability of the company however this has not been in the pursuit of IPO but longevity. We are also making significant investments in our culture and are looking to increase opportunities for grassroots involvement and innovation. The culture is what we all make it. If you have not done so already, I reccomend you reach out to your POps Business Partner to share your feedback - assuming you do not feel able to speak to your leader directly. We value the opportunity to engage in constructuve dialogue with all Pax8ers and the chance to address issues directly.
