This was hard to read. I am hearing a sense of something lost coupled with a desire to see Pax8 live up to its promise. I appreciate your balanced view of your time, in particular the recognition of Lane’s positive impact and the mentorship you received weighed against your frustrations with changes in leadership approachability, reporting and processes in more recent years. We have made significant investments in leadership and sales training, sales technology and listening mechanisms over the last 24 months and will continue to seek Pax8er feedback on these topics to help us improve.
