Pros

The work/life balance at Pax8 is unmatched. The entire company feels like a tight-knit community where you are not only collogues, but friends. Our quarterly kicks off are an outstanding time and everyone, no matter their role is reachable and willing to converse on any matter.

Cons

The pay at Pax8 isn't the most competitive and the benefits have become increasingly sub-par.

I am delighted to share my positive experience working at this company for the past three years. Throughout my time here, I have had the privilege of working under excellent direct management. They are experienced and wise leaders who bring valuable knowledge from their previous work experiences, which they share generously with the team. As a result, I have been able to constantly learn new technologies and processes while pursuing my personal and professional goals. Moreover, the company provides an outstanding work-life balance, which is something that I greatly appreciate it. The flexible work schedule allows me to focus on completing tasks efficiently without having to worry about unnecessary busy work. Additionally, I have never had any issues with time off requests being denied, which is a huge plus. Overall, my working experience at this company has been fantastic. I have enjoyed working with my colleagues and the work I accomplish every week. I feel fortunate to work with managers who genuinely care about their employees' personal and professional growth. If you're looking for a company with a great work culture, supportive colleagues, and excellent work-life balance, I would highly recommend this company.

Cons

While the company's C-Staff management has experienced frequent changes with new visions every year, I have found that my direct management team has been a steady and reliable source of support throughout these changes. The pace of implementing improvements has been slow, but I believe that the company is moving in the right direction.

Sales managers should know more than the sales people, they don't. Compensation compared to similar roles outside company are low.
