-remote work after covid -travel to Denver for sales kickoff is a pro - unlimited time off - 401K match - teams are tight-knit help each other out - direct manager makes positive impact with minimal resources - employees and leaders understand the Pax8 brand and position in the market -CEO still has strong values

Cons

-palpable disconnect between leadership and individual contributors -daily mindless workload is stacking up with every new vendor and new sales tool added + quota increases leave people exhausted at the end of the day -outside leaders are hired to come in to fix problems that aren't at the root, end up causing more data entry work for reps and new tools to learn. So you want us to do data entry for marketing? call it what it is this -Active effort is made to quiet direct and actionable feedback - pay is appalling and hasn’t budged despite steady company growth -complicated political dynamic in leadership revolving around protecting reputations instead of strategy - no one knows what metrics are used to determine quotas by segment and ind contributor -sales reporting is outdated and never know if it’s right

Growing business, fast paced environment

Cons

Chaotic with poor leadership. Product is a hot mess with people frantically trying to put out product with no forethought. I saw plenty of heartless decisions being made with little thought to people cost. The almighty dollar is all that matters. Pax8 does not care at all about its people.
