Our journey from start-up to scale-up and ultimately “ready for prime time” is full of challenges, including the need for more structure, process, alignment and metrics. The good news, as you point out, is that the Exec Team “gets it,” we acknowledge that some of the attributes that got Pax8 here, will not get us “there,”.
