Great company with a lot of potential and support

Pros

The company has a genuine people-first culture, I have a lot of autonomy in my role, and my coworkers are exceptional and supportive. I feel this is a place I can hang my hat for a bit and grow with the company. I am a member of an ERG and it has been great to connect with other people in the same situation as me. I find it a very supportive environment for marginalized communities.

Cons

It can feel a bit chaotic as the company goes through its next growth cycle but any change is hard.

Amazing people day to day, the partners make it worth it, technology is ever changing and amazing, pax8 is a thought leader in the space. People are copying Pax8 which is flattering. C staff is amazing, middle management is lackluster

Cons

My pay is pathetic compared to the revenue my role generates and is responsible for maintaining (About .04 cents per dollar I generate goes to me, no pay on renewals either). Especially while being punished for churn Quarterly quota raises continue to reduce my pay Lack of data integrity causes mistrust of the system Lack of data integrity causes me to feel undervalued Middle management is hit or miss to the extreme

That said, your frustration with your incentive compensation and mixed reviews on management is acknowledged. As you know, we've continued to transform the sales team over the last couple of years, and the recent changes are meant to provide better transparency to how incentives are earned. Our best performers are paid at the high end of the market comparables, and we believe this is a winning formula. Please approach any member of the leadership team to discuss your concerns.
