Flexible schedule. Stunning benefits. Amazing people to work with throughout the company. You'll not find a better place to work and be able to be yourself without judgement than here.

Cons

There isn't any as far as I've seen. You're capable of going to any part of the company if you desire something new.

Pros

The people are the reason why I love Pax8 as much as I do. The company has been built upon hiring really, really great people and it makes the job that much more fun when you enjoy who you are working with. We have been able to scale a culture about as well as a company can, given the fast growth we have had.

Cons

It is hard nail every piece of a scaling company. There are bound to be missteps along the way, but I know that each decision comes with a reason and that reason is never intended to put an employee in a difficult spot.
