      - Becoming product led as part of an organizational change - Global market with a large target audience across 13+ countries - Solving customer problems through research and design - A product leadership with equal representation of design, product marketing, product management, operations and data - A market leader in parking poised to expand in the mobility space

      Cons

      - If you are uncomfortable with change management this can be challenging for some - Workloads and investment for certain disciplines historically was imbalanced and will take awhile to correct - Strategic priorities can shift at times too quickly

We understand the discomfort that comes along with growth; especially from a small organization that has grown the way PayByPhone has. Our goal is to become the global leader in the smart parking industry and have been making substantial progress in efforts to achieve this goal. Over the past six months, we have focused on building tools and resources to provide development opportunities for our team members, including our leadership.       Great P&C team, collaborative teams, office management is top notch, managers genuinely try and care.

      Cons

      No empowering vision, strategy is a gong show, too much WIP cripples output, RFP driven culture completely prevents real innovation and ownership of outcomes.

      tribalism + political workplace

      There are some cool people with great personality and talents. You just need to talk to them long enough to find out.

      Cons

      Workplace can be very political. Departments often clash against each other. Some internal turmoil that isn't made clear to employees. Unclear communication.
