Founders really care about the people that work from them, and that is a unique quality for companies, even when they advertise that they do. That really helps people feel appreciated and stay long term. You can see how PJ puts long term partnerships over short term profit with merchants and their own employees.

Cons

Too many changes too fast could rock the boat if not monitored tightly. Keep pushing people to be better, but remember the secret sauce that makes this company great - it values their people.
