Cons
With Flex First work options, many colleagues are scattered around the country. So there are not many opportunities to socialize outside of zoom calls. However this is a minor complaint compared to the many positives that remote work allows - both for employees and for the company. Employees have freedom and flexibility in how and where they choose to work. And PJ can hire the Best person for the role, not just the Best person in a local area.
