      Pros

      - Work/Life balance is supported and encouraged - Leadership puts time and thought into career pathing and growth opportunities and will actively help you grow -The people are great, I truly feel I can reach out to anyone in any department for help - Remote life is supported with a stipend for office equipment and a laptop I truly love working with the people here and think PJ really does stay in alignment with their values with the way they treat employees and customers

      Great place to work and grow

      Pros

      Management is very helpful. The transition to WFH has gone smoothly and laptops have been upgraded and even include improvements to home office equipment. Sales manager is passionate, knowledgeable and not a micromanager at all.
