      Pros

      Pretty happy working here. Work from home is amazing, but I can go in to the office if I want.

      Cons

      Compensation growth over time is only complaint: wish it was faster/more significant. Not at a deal breaker level of annoyance, considering everything else.

      Very supportive managers Friendly staff Challenging position - keeps it fun Great communication Good office snacks Provided us with a lot of equipment to set up at our at-home offices

      Waking up early to go to work :) not really a con, but if I had to pick one thing
