      Pros

      PayJunction genuinely stands by their ethos and work towards creating a good work environment. They have a very generous 401(k) match and pay 100% of the medical premium - including dependents!

      Cons

      There are some benefits that aren't quite up to par with other companies. It just depends on where your personal priorities land.

      Pros

      - company pays 100% of insurance for you as well as any dependents on your plan - all 3 co-founders are still around and heavily involved in the day to day. Each of them are great people that are awesome to work with. - zero layoffs since they’ve been around due to strong strategic planning and creating a stable business model - yearly learning stipend - culture team puts on monthly events - they do a great job of including plus ones and making them feel welcomed - workload is consistent and never overwhelming like at some small to mid sized companies

      Cons

      Had to wait till the 2 or 3 month mark to get the home office stipend, but they have great options for us including a walking treadmill pad, standing desk, office chairs, personal printers, AirPods, and more.
