      Pros

      I've been at PayJunction for 10 months now and honestly cannot see myself working anywhere else. I've worked in the Payments Industry for over 20 years and the culture at PayJunction is second to none. The company really cares about their employee's wellbeing.

      Pros

      Benefits package is great especially now that they do 100% insurance coverage for my dependents as well as myself! Also now offering annual learning stipends. Being a privately held company, the transparency is also great to see and keeps us all motivated towards the same goals. Great leadership and management all around.

      Cons

      Pay feels only about industry average, but the benefits more than make up for it.
