      Best Place I've Ever Worked

      Pros

      I started my professional career with PJ while in college and spent 4 amazing years there. I can honestly say it's still the best place I've ever worked to this day. It always felt like a family and the culture was nothing but positive. When I think about leadership and how I try and run teams today, I think of Randy, Eric and Will. So grateful for the leadership there and the experience/career path they gave me. If you have the chance to work here, do it.

      Pros

      Seriously the best position for students looking to get their foot in the door in the tech/software/sales industry! Friendliest environment, game room and bomb Friday lunches, need I say more? Awesome people, flexible hours, nothing bad to say. I wasn't sure if I would like this position coming from a retail/part-time background but I couldn't be happier! PJ knows how to work hard and play harder so if you have that mentality and are looking for something like this you won't be disappointed!

      Cons

      Lots of cold calling. Can get boring sometimes but PJ knows how to shake it up and make it fun! Also, if you aren't comfortable with talking to people across the nation all day on the phone, this isn't the position of you. Being friendly and having a positive outlook is a definite must!
