So far my experience at PayJunction has consisted of a great work environment, fun co-workers, a great leadership team, continually growing business, and a customer-focused product. Upper management is always making sure that my team has everything we need to be successful, and lunches with the CEO are a semi-regular treat. This kind of involvement assures me that PayJunction is fully invested in our success from the top down.

Cons

The parking lot is a bit small so street parking is a regular occurrence. The main office on upper State has become a bit crowded, but Business Development is moving to an awesome new location downtown this summer.

I have been working with PayJunction for over 10 years. The lifestyle that this opportunity has presented my family is better then I could have imagined. Its a great feeling waking up everyday knowing that my monthly residual is supporting my family. The product is the best on the market and management is constantly upgrading the product to be the best in the industry!!!

-Good pay -Smart CEOs -Small, start up environment -Casual -Work hard, play hard environment (I mean play hard-kegerators and fully stocked bar in garage and frequency Halo matches on the big screen)

Cons

-Frat stars move to the real world -High redundancy -Competitive industry -Stepping stone company -Take little notice in your education, will hire any age with any schooling
