Pros

I head into work every day excited with what's in store- no two days are the same at PJ. We are continuously working on our techniques, pivoting when necessary, and evolving the way that we connect with our prospects. At PayJunction you feel that you are truly a part of a team and your voice is heard. We have lots of fun but also work very hard and know how to celebrate our wins!

Cons

Only con I can think of is the limited PTO.

The work environment at PayJunction is the reason I look forward to coming to the office everyday. The upbeat, friendly, and positive attitude that everyone shares creates a special type of energy around the office. I can't think of a better company to work for.

Cons

The work itself can sometimes get monotonous, but my coworkers keep things fun and keep me motivated.
