      Pros

      PayJunction is by far one of the best companies I have worked for. They provide employees with excellent benefits, competitive wage and amazing friendly atmosphere. PayJunction goes above and beyond to take care of its employees providing on-site fitness classes, snacks and a fully stocked kitchen. Not to mention they are also dog friendly! I cannot stress enough how wonderful and supportive the PJ team really is.

      Cons

      I can't think of any.

      Pros

      For the most part, the people there are very nice. You go home after 5pm without any work-related worries. Dogs walking around freely. More frequent company events. Friday lunches.

      Cons

      If I had to guess, then the average age of the people at this company would be mid-20s. Some departments have inexperienced managers who never got formal training in "leading" a team. My department's manager did not listen, encourage, nor try to better us in any way. Every day looked the same and we weren't encouraged to come up with new ways to automate our work. My department also had no room for growth, which was a huge bummer and ultimately hurts their employee retention. The pay was low.

      Thanks for the feedback! Being able to shut off at 5pm (seriously) is definitely a benefit of being on our team, and we hear you on the advice. Automation is a big focus for us this year, and we expect many of our processes to become more efficient. Thank you again for your constructive insight!
