Pros

This place is friendly and laid back and has a great community feel within the company as a whole! It's driven by the desire to give back and give new life to tech. I haven't bought any piece of tech from anywhere other than a PayMore store since working here! It really has been an enjoyable experience and feel valued and appreciated! Work life balance and operating times are my favorite. Ease of opening a store and closing a store each day are simple and allows me to spend more time with my family

Cons

It's hard to find cons. I really have to try hard to find something I don't like. Currently I can only say good things after working here for over a year now.

Pros

You get to work with lots of cool tech every day and provide a service to the community at large! Pay at each store is usually in the average range for the city they are in. My Franchisee is great and allows for flexible hours and time off. Everyone gets a chance to contribute and provide an opinion to the store and the franchise as a whole!

Cons

Benefits are determined by the franchisee, so they aren't consistent across all stores. Customers will get mean since many don't understand that we are re-sellers, but this is few and far between.
