Pros
- Good reputation of company despite being small and growing. - Actual research on how to operate and offer.
Cons
- Franchise owners get way over their head and think they know what they want, but don't actually listen to new ideas. Also, they listen to other employees on "who will make it" and who wont. Was not there less then a month after getting back into the work force, and after one week of building furniture then the second week of actually learning the job they fire me because I had some personal issues and communicated them with them and they claimed I said things that I did not.
