Cons
enterprise account management is pretty much the end of the development. Dublin and Dundalk are callcenter type servicecenters, sabbatical means in reality 4 weeks off after 4 years of working, instead of a year. PTO is totally misinterpreted, work environment is highly restrictive, different markets are kept from each other, collaboration between different languages/markets is not encouraged, no viable options for remote work, investigations and optimizations are not encouraged, way too much middle management overhead, bare of any people skills, Recruiters would lie to you for successful recruitment - due to a remarkable turnover, the christmas party, the location, the prices in your canteen
