      Pros

      Great benefits Casual dress code Decent pay Lots of time wasted in meetings and "fun" events. Good 401k match.

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted if you aren't a 20-something, single, and female. Poor management. Lots of favoritism shown. Since company is currently part of California based eBay, some social agenda issues are presented as positive whether you agree with them or not. There are specific seminars solely for the promotion of women - hard to believe they get away with discrimination like that. Longevity with the company is not rewarded, and hardly acknowledged.

      Pros

      I was in the core team in PayPal, the people around are so nice. They have a lot of knowledge and are willing to help when you have a question. A lot of activities for interns. Free one bedroom apartment.
