      Pros

      Company provides good benefits. PP has been growing at double digits for number of years and it will for next few years. So pretty stable job environment.

      Cons

      its very hard to grow as there is just too much churn at director level. Every new director likes to shuffle things around and before you know it, you have worked with more managers than projects.

      Quitting PayPal is the best move I had ever made.

      Cons

      PayPal don't pay us customer service reps that much money and treat us very badly. That maybe the reason why many of our customer service reps wont answer emails from our clients and treat our customers badly as well. PayPal is a scam I seen first hand PayPal will get us to wright good reviews all over the web and would suspend customers account sometimes without a good reason. PayPal had also taken small amount of money out of customers account even after the customer had paid PayPal their fees.
