      Pros

      U can have a chilled relaxed retirement life. If you dont want to work and earn heavy salary, then this is the best place for you.

      Cons

      Hard work and delivery is not valued. You are only valued if you follow "Yes Boss" culture. Senior Leaders are totally non technical and don't understand anything the team is doing on building products. Only people who talk are valued. If you deliver something, your career is PayPal is at risk. Because if you deliver, the leaders will lost their Job Security.
