      Dynamic and challenging culture. Free breakfasts, a lot of corporate events, fun environment. Multicultural and young teams. Ability to work with cross-functional teams from all over the world.

      Cons

      Frequent re-organizations. Lack of communication from top management. Slow career advancement. High performers not always get into the spotlight, instead good self-marketers do regardless of their performance.

      CEO, conditions and culture. Great reputation and culture really support solid and consistent performance

      Location . Not many more for me. The commute nearly killed me but that is a reflection on my life rsther than the business.
