With regard to compensation and rewards, this is something that we look at regularly to ensure we are competitive within the markets we operate in. We also regularly reach out to employees to get feedback on what is important to them and make changes, where appropriate. Paypal recently launched its first employee engagement survey as in independent company. This will provide us with the current opinion of employees including benefits.
