      The people and the benefits make every day worth going into work. Casual dress. 25 cent sodas. "Play room"

      Cons

      They let good managers/supervisors go and keep arrogant and self serving leadership. Thinking only of their pay check. Say this listen to our gripes yet continue illogical processes to continuously anger workers . Dont want to change for the good. Forget they are here for the employees. We are what drives this company. Rather you work and be unhappy than trying to change.

      Gives you opportunity to demonstrate your talent. Location, Worklife balance improved.

      Cons

      Its worst company to work with. Mangers' favoritism. Lot of politics internal to team. Managers have no in site in project work. Many things hidden to employees from managment. Low graded tools and working on below quality processes. Ask you to change the system. When you try to do so, offense from all side. Stay away from this company. Many times heard small layoffs.

      - Excellent benefits - Virtually near impossible to get fired unless you make huge mistakes

      Cons

      - As other reviewers have stated, it's a very political environment. It's more about who you know rather than how well you do in your job. I've seen a lot of people who were promoted that didn't really belong in that position because they were buddies with management. - Entry level positions are repetitive and get old fast.
