      -Talented people -up to date with technology -Lot of good teams -Reasonable pay and Benefits -smart tools and processes to run the business

      Cons

      -lot of politics ,managers don't work with each other for the company's success -because of these politics ,everyday there is a new strategy and direction -Too many Reorgs ,most of them are meaningless -lack of opportunities to grow because of politics -dont get to change your filed/role -Not an environment to grow and thrive

      It's very unfortunate that good people are not given opportunities and that seniority means absolutley nothing. It is also unfortunate that we are not allowed to voice our opinions truly without repercussion. Management says they have an open door policy and that they want to hear what we have to say but as soon as you disagree, you are targeted as a negative person and then things get...uncomfortable.
