      Pros

      Honestly there's not a lot. The job is great for the first 1-2 years, after a while you're treated like crap. These reviews are based on employees who have worked in the company for a few years.

      Cons

      There's a lot, more then I can think of. After the excitement of "PayPal is an awesome company" wears off then everything starts showing. Management sucks from the very top to direct supervisors. YOURE NOT GRADED ON HOW WELL YOU DO THE JOB. It's you're personality and NOT how well you do the job. THE COMPANY IS DOWNSIZING!

      Pros

      Reasonable competitive benefits but not fairly distributed and you can often find coworkers making a lot more or a lot less than you for doing the same job.

      Cons

      Culture based on personality, back slapping and egos. Great people get blocked from progression but boys club members have a ticket to the top, regardless of ability. Constant outsourcing and cost cutting create a nervous tension that uncomfortable to work in.

      Pros

      Once you start, it feels great, but they start analysing you from training. If they don't like you at training they will treat you like a low life.

      Cons

      Stay there for over one year and you will see you been the senior employee, they change employees like they change their underwear. Management suck, they don't care about you, you are just a number. They suck the life of you. And, If you think they care about you, you are totally wrong, even if you are a very good employers with the best scores, you can get fired because they don't like you. Paypal is a bad company to work for.
