      Pros

      good benefits over all, young people oriented, and has a lot of good energy globally.

      Cons

      too many people moving about throughout the company. Every six months is very fast and creates conflicts among management and employees. employee tenure is very bad.

      Pros

      Smart people, explosive opportunity in payments space. Great stated company values. Large variety of projects to work on. Great sense of community at the IC through Director level.

      Cons

      GE mentality has taken over VP and Sr. Director level. Politics and positioning are everything. Calibration curve is used inappropriately on high performing teams forcing sub-standard ratings to be assigned even though everyone is excellent.

      Pros

      Great benefits, generally positive work environment, great coworkers and supervisors, good pay and reasonable opportunity for merit based bonuses.

      Cons

      While lateral transfers are improving, advancement is difficult due to sheer number of people competing. Corporate culture is changing, and signs indicate not necessarily in all good ways.
