Pros

Awesome comp plan (you can get rich here), attainable sales targets, best benefits out there, tons of upward and lateral movement opportunities so you'll never get bored/stuck in the same position for too long if you don't want to be, best technology for clients and sales teams, sales resources like you wouldn't believe, work/life balance is a priority, top down winning mentality.

Cons

Post sale cleanup, occasional operations issues... but we do still set ourselves apart from the competition by maintaining the single point of contact for our customers.

Pros

Decent mix of pay and benefits. Generally good people at the sole-contributor level. Customer's generally like the people delivering services.

Cons

Very little opportunities to move into middle-and-upper management. Very poor overall leadership. Annual reviews adhere strictly to the bell curve and are not supported with details. Poor overall direction and feedback on performance. Product management and information technology think they work for a software company.

Great Company, Uneven expectations

Pros

The compensation is great with commissions, the base is okay. The more you sell, the higher your commission multiplier, and that means more money on ever sale. The CEO is great and has created a fantastic atmosphere. Some months they offer extra bonus incentives for hitting your quota. No micro-management. You get out what you put in. Have to be a self-starter Benefits are the best I have ever had at any company. Family and health always come first

Cons

Base salaries are much higher at other Payroll companies. Management plays favorites. If you are not performing they don't offer coaching, they just expect you to sink or swim, however every office and management team is different. Sometimes get the "what have you done for me lately vibe" Not a lot of options for career-pathing if you don't work at corporate.
