      Pros

      Large company with opportunities for advancement. Great training program with principals that can be exercised throughout life. Be willing to learn new things and try new things. Be innovative, it could affect the entire company.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment. Must learn many different aspects and balance a workable knowledge of all. The workload seems more than an 8 hour day can manage. Having an eagerness to learn, but not have the time to exercise it doesn't make for a successful employee.
