Excellent training, great communication for such a large company. Career advancement is part of the culture and is expected and encouraged.

Cons

Workloads are heavy and some positions are stressful. Only a con if you don't like fast-paced and lots of change.

Pros

Having a sales support department to help get you appointments. Cared about their employees and gave a lot of advice. Good training program. Great payroll implementation staff.

Cons

Should have had more training in sales rather than how to do payroll. Managers should go out with the sales staff to do cold calling since they have extensive experience in it. My manager said no outright when I asked for that. It would have helped a great deal.

Pros

Great co-workers at least when we worked together at a center as now we are all remote from home. Good benefits. Steady raises with bonus potential. Training is great and constant better than other places.

Cons

Upward mobility seems to be dependent on the hiring manager. Seems a bit political. Too many clients assigned to most payroll specialists too handle. Can give better service if we had 10-15 percent fewer clients assigned. Blackout months from Dec-Feb limit your time off options then. Some mangers micro manage and others are great.
