I wouldn't recommend working here if your long term goal is to work your way up to a high ranking position. Promotions typically aren't based on how hard you work, but who you know. So, there is a good chance that you may consistently go above and beyond for years with little to no reward. Annual raises are typically 3% of what you are making but it is up to the supervisor. They can do 4 or maybe 5% if they think you're great or they can choose not to give you a raise at all. That's why most employee's usually wind up receiving a 3% annual raise.
