      Pros

      Co-workers were really nice. Management will walk the floors offering snacks & treats: healthy and not healthy. There were a few fun activities organized that showed employee appreciation.

      Cons

      Training needs improvement. It is based more on the system; not policies & procedures. When asking for help, management will refer you to your co-workers first before coming to them. Systems are very out dated. Employees are given 65-70 base clients fresh out of training (and that's starting low according to them).

      Pros

      The work environment is very supportive and accommodating. Supervisors and management generally very approachable and want to invest in your long term development.

      Cons

      It's not a particularly exciting place to work, typical office environment with little variability in a lot of the daily tasks. Great for someone who wants stability and slow steady growth but for someone looking to move up the corporate ladder very quickly and wants to take chances this maybe too safe of a job if that makes any sense. The full benefits package is nice and that's how they sell you but the salaries are lower than you will find with other companies.
