Tools - Paychex gives us all the tools we need - access to legal updates, WIFI for traveling, mileage/expense reimbursement, Skype for staying connected while remote, etc. Flexibility - This is a huge plus. We can set our own hours (generally surround the M-F 8-5 shift) and work from home when we don't need to see clients. We have infrequent internal meetings. The HRG role is paid hourly - so we are eligible for overtime.

This place is employee focus. They care about advancement and wanting to improve your current status. If you like to stay in one position that’s fine but if you want to move around and learn everything, they will show you how and what you need to do to get where you want.
